If you don’t have time to scan through your work or provide scene notes, I'd be happy to search your credits and pull the material for you.
This would include IMDB for your credits, then sourcing and extracting your material.
For larger bodies of work or projects requiring extensive searching, additional sourcing time may be billed hourly before the edit begins.
ALL REELS INCLUDE
2 rough-cut revisions after the initial cut (3 passes total). Hourly update rate beyond that
A link to view the rough cuts and the ability to make notes within the review player
First rough-cut turnaround is 4-5 days for a teaser and standard reel, and 7-9 days for the remaining types. Sometimes this is much faster
A link to download the final high-quality version of your reel. I try for 1080p (full HD) but it’s not always possible so in those cases, I resort to 720p. What determines this is usually the footage itself and its HD quality
The reel is compatible with casting sites, IMDB, Vimeo, YouTube, social media, etc
The material and reels are kept on file at no cost for future updates and clip submissions
HOW TO GET STARTED
For the best turnaround and pricing, please provide a list of the projects you want included, along with season/episode numbers, scene descriptions, or approximate timecodes when available.
Please include season and episode # for TV shows (no need for the episode title).
Please include a time reference if you have it (ex: 22 minute mark or towards beginning, etc) or a brief description of the scene. i.e. environment, who’s in the scene, what you’re doing, etc.
Any YouTube, Vimeo, website or cloud storage links of the material you already have, if you have it. Not mandatory as I often source.
Agency name, agent or manager and contact info.
A helpful tip is also to get input from your agent as to the structure and market of the reel. It is more common than not to see agents share input on the reel either pre or during the rough-cut stages.

Demo reels are an ever-evolving tool for actors. They are a constantly-morphing view of an actor’s work, so should be kept in pace with it. They capture casting’s attention when new materials are shown and give agents something to talk about with them.I’ve gained invaluable experience in assembling reels — finding a theme, inner-scene cutting, maintaining a flow, engagement, ideal clip length, focusing on the actor, etc. The reels range from beginners to established series leads mostly based in LA, Vancouver and Toronto.
